Dennis R. Hein, CPA
Dennis has been with Seim, Johnson, Sestak & Quist, LLP since January of 1995. Prior to joining SJSQ, Dennis was with an international public accounting firm where he provided accounting, financial consulting and taxation services for thirteen years to clients in a variety of industries. Additionally, Dennis worked as a controller for three years in manufacturing operations with multiple locations and warehouses located throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico. This experience provided a first-hand opportunity to understand business operations and assisted in developing his overall financial, operational and business skills.

Dennis' expertise includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Providing accounting, tax, consulting and financial planning services to businesses
• Business valuations for closely-held businesses
• Merger and acquisition consulting
• Strategic planning - including budgeting, forecasting and feasibility analysis
• Operational reviews, ratio analysis and assistance to start-up entities
• General business consulting

Dennis graduated in 1975 from Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa with Bachelor of Science Degrees in Business Administration and Economics.

Dennis is a member of the Nebraska Society of CPA's, the American Institute of CPA's and has been active in numerous community organizations and boards.
