Roger E. Howard, CPA
Roger focuses on Health Care Consulting at Seim,
Johnson, Sestak & Quist, LLP. His practice since 1974
includes four years with an international accounting firm
and since 1978, he has worked with Seim, Johnson, Sestak
& Quist, LLP, being admitted to the partnership in 1983.
In 1974, Roger graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree
in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska
at Lincoln.
Roger is the engagement partner on ten major integrated
delivery systems and approximately 250 clinics representing
2,500 physicians. He has identified solutions to critical
physician group management and operational issues in numerous
areas, including:

- Mergers and acquisitions
- Development of integrated delivery systems
- Physician compensation plans
- Medicare reimbursement

Roger is a frequent lecturer on physician reimbursement
matters, physician compensation plans, Medicare and Medicaid
fraud and abuse and other regulatory issues, and other practice
management issues.
