Marty J. Dubas, CPA, CHFP
Marty has focused primarily on the healthcare and not-for-profit industries since joining the firm in 1993. He graduated with honors from Doane College. Marty is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Nebraska Society of Certified Public Accountants, and is the current Secretary in the Nebraska Chapter of Healthcare Financial Management Association and active member in other civic and social organizations.

Marty has audit and reimbursement experience in multi-unit healthcare systems of all sizes, skilled and intermediate nursing facilities, home health care agencies, rural health clinics, freestanding long-term care facilities and assisted-living facilities. He has been instrumental in all phases of the audit, accounting and consultation processes associated with these types of entities. Marty's other relevant experience includes:

• Consulting related to obtaining appropriate Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, including preparation, review, negotiation and settlement of cost reports
• Critical access hospital reimbursement consulting
• Freestanding/provider-based rural health clinic cost report preparation
• Financial forecasting, budgeting, and feasibility studies
• Preparation and review of IRS Form 990
• Internal control reviews
