Stephen M. Muller, CPA
Steve joined the firm in 1994 as a manager in the tax and employee benefit plan areas. Prior to that time, he had ten years of tax and employee benefit plan experience with another accounting firm.

In 1983, Steve graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. In 1984 he passed the Nebraska CPA examination receiving the gold medal for achieving the highest score in the state.

Steve has extensive tax and employee benefit plan experience related to all types of entities, including the following:

• Employee benefit plan consulting
• Compliance reporting for employee benefit plans (Form 5500)
• Retirement plan administration
• Retirement plan design and adoption
• Qualification of retirement plans with Internal Revenue Service
• Tax consulting and planning
• U.S. and State tax compliance
